November wedding

Carol's wedding on November 5th to Joe Luppens was a beautiful day.  We are all so happy for Carol to have found a kind, generous man as a lifelong companion.  I was honored to stand up with her and the kids SO enjoyed being part of her special day.
Moriah was a wonderful flower girl!

Bobby, Carol and Shannon
(I was so blessed to be her matron of honor!)

The night before the wedding... we're ready!  (Yes my hair is straight... I didn't recognize myself either!)

Tommy sang in the wedding and reception, of course he did great!  I enjoyed playing the piano for him.

Coupon Magic

I finally got some coupons together to see what I could do at Walgreens this week.  Unforunately 2 of the deals that I wanted (Cottonelle and Tylenol Precise products) were completely gone, but I DID score deals on these 6 items for $10.69 by stacking coupons.  The First Aid kits I always need for the kids and contact lense drops I was out of anyway.... need I explain the need for chocolate? ;)
When I added up the estimated retail in my head for these items it was $29! (the Glade automatic air freshener alone is $11.99 normal price) Sweet!  I plan on going back later in the week to see if they've restocked.

March Madness

Well the madness around here is that we found out we're moving in 3 weeks!  So we have lots of packing to do and FAST.  Moving from Lee's Summit (from a bigger house to a smaller one) about killed us, so I'm confident we can pull this off without too much stress.  It helps immensely that our new house is about twice the space we have not, plus it's vacant so we can take stuff over in carloads anytime!  This house is an unexpected blessing... and I mean that.  I will post pics of it soon!
Here are a couple of pictures from an 80's party I just went to at Andrea's house.   These girls had me beat with the genuine 80's outfits and accessories, but my hair took the cake and won Biggest Hair!  It was tons of fun!

Cousins together at Kamryn's 1st birthday party!

Aaron Isaac with Uncle Tommy
Raina & Nana in their country duds!  We always have a blast at Nana's!
Cousin Trenton (on a break from the Air Force) with Raina and Mo-Mo... we really enjoyed seeing him.
Raina made a clay house that was featured at SBU for 3rd grade art.   Art is still a favorite with her and this made us proud!

Kamryn (a.k.a. Kam-Kam, Kamaroo, Kamo) is getting so BIG... walking and looking cute!!!

Moriah had so much fun tumbling with her friends... this girl was born to do gymnastics!

Tumbles meet

Been meaning to post the girls Tumbles routines from last weekend's gymnastics meet.  Raina got 2nd place in her Intermediate group! =)

Raina's friend Hannah from her performance team.... The Starlets!  They were able to perform a number at the meet too!
